The "Roster Master" is currently not working since the expansion. SOE changed once again the way the xml file works and Roster Master's parser can't read it.

So we are all stuck at whatever state we were in before the expansion. The author is currently working on a new version (which is one of the reasons we upgraded the website as all of his new versions need the latest version of DragonFly).

When we upgrade, everyone will probably have to reclaim all their characters, and put in all their heritage quests again.

Either Caela or I will be attempting to upgrade Roster Master sometime today. Please bear with us if the events disapear, website goes haywire, or the roster stops working for a short while. If all goes well, the roster will begin updating properly again later today.

I'm getting pretty close. I'm trying to save all the HQ and Access Quest data and it's taking a little while to do that. Please don't claim any characters or enter any HQ or Access Quest data until I post here that it's ok. If you do, it may be wiped out while I'm fiddling. No sense wasting the time. Hope to have it finished tonight.

I claimed Caelia - I can always reclaim her when you are done.

Thanks for taking a stab at it. If/When Grue does put out a new version it should be easy to update. I'm hoping he has an option to have different labels than "Primary" "Secondary" and "Utility" - I would like to sneak a "LPC" in there... Smile

I have hacked it before to add another option. I'll wait for the next version though and if it doesn't have that feature, I can hack it in there myself. Smile

I think I'm done. I saved the claimed characters, Heritage quest info, and access quest info. Even found a bug that was included in the install script and fixed it. Everything seems to be working ok from what I can tell. Have at it and claim you're characters if they're not already claimed. If you claimed them sometime today you will have to re-claim them since I had to wipe out the tables a few times in my fiddling.

Let me know if something doesn't seem to be working properly.

Woot for a working updating roster! Now if we could just EQ2Players.com to update their game data more than three times a week. Sad
